For organisers.
A short brief for show, trial, field-day and club organisers who want internet at their event.
1. Tell us the site
Dates, expected visitors, whether you need public seating Wi-Fi, a committee office, POS, cameras or FrogBox-style streaming. Photos of the proposed patch of ground help.
2. Power and sky
Event Link needs a clear view of the sky for Starlink and a real power source: a generator, a pavilion outlet or a battery. A 100-metre extension lead is not a power plan.
3. Insurance and privacy
Ask us for insurance details with your quote. Community Wi-Fi doesn't collect email addresses for marketing, and we only talk about a booking if you ask.
4. Planned dates (to be confirmed)
