Privacy

VINCONNECT uses the details you send — name, phone, email, suburb, installation address and the message — to reply to an enquiry, prepare a quote, or book an installation. Sending an enquiry does not put you on a marketing list.

What is sent

Enquiry forms, the install estimator and the property planner are sent to VINCONNECT. Netlify hosts this website and stores those submissions, including a saved quote and a property plan when you send one. Resend emails a copy to vince@vinconnect.com.au. The estimator can also keep a reference in your browser so you can come back to it. None of this adds you to a marketing list.

The estimator does not upload photos. If we ask for roof or property photos, email them or send them when we call. Do not include passwords, payment card numbers or copies of other people’s paperwork.

Address search and maps

Address suggestions are looked up through the website using Photon (OpenStreetMap data), biased toward Cranbourne. The property planner can request Victorian property outlines from Vicmap, and an aerial image from Esri, so the sketch matches the site. OpenStreetMap building outlines are used when a Vicmap outline is not available. Map tiles on the service-area pages load when you open those pages. If address search fails, type a full Victorian address. We confirm the location before the price is final.

Analytics

This site loads Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity. They record the pages you open, and clicks such as Get my price or the phone link. They do not receive your name, email, phone number or street address. Ad storage stays off.

Analytics is on until you turn it off. The choice is saved in this browser. The first page you open, and a campaign name when the link has one, is also saved in this browser. If you send an enquiry, that line is included for VINCONNECT. It is not your name.

What we do not publish

We do not publish your name, street address, phone number, photos or work-order numbers on the website. Circl work orders stay between you, Circl and VINCONNECT.

Access and correction

To ask what we hold, or to correct or delete an enquiry, email vince@vinconnect.com.au. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to quote, install and handle a warranty question, then delete them when they are no longer required.
