Don't have Starlink yet? Order through our link and get a free month of service.

Free month is from Starlink for new Residential or Roam customers ordering direct. Credited on your second month. Shop-bought kits don't qualify. Starlink can change or end the offer.

What a standard install doesn't include

On a brick-veneer home with a clear gap between the brick and the stud wall, the cable goes in under the tiles at the eave, down the wall cavity between the brick and the stud wall, past the noggin, to a wall plate on the plaster side. That is included in the standard install. On cladded, rendered foam or Hebel walls with no gap, the noggins are drilled through. That is $150 extra. We don't run the cable through internal walls. If the cavity can't be used, we agree on an outside cable route. External cable in conduit costs 99 for up to 5 m. Longer runs are quoted. Moving the router to the garage or a cabinet is a separate extra. If a double-storey house was booked as single-storey, we'll stop and re-quote before carrying on. Cancellation and weekend charges only apply if we told you about them when you booked.

Who we are

VINCONNECT is a Starlink and network installer based in Cranbourne. We're not Starlink or SpaceX, so we can't change your Starlink plan or see your Starlink invoice. We install and set up the job you booked, then walk you through it.
