Delivery is not installation
Starlink can put a carton on the verandah. VINCONNECT puts it on the building. If the carton is late, the visit moves. Photograph boxes. Leave the Starlink carton unopened.
If the box was left in the rain
Take a photo of the wet carton before you move it, then bring it inside and let it dry. Do not open it and do not plug it in while it is wet. Tell the company that sent the kit, because a damaged box can mean a replacement. If your installation is in the next day or two, call us on 0408 559 555 as well so we can move the appointment rather than turn up to a kit we cannot use.
