Starlink installation in Pakenham Upper

Pakenham Upper is a hills locality north of Pakenham, with about 1,200 people at the 2021 census. It was settled from 1872 as Gembrook South and took its current name in 1913. Today it's a mix of bush blocks and small farms on the slopes between Pakenham and Gembrook, with a community hall, a riding club and the Pakenham Upper Toomuc Cricket Club. Tall trees and ridgelines decide where a dish gets clear sky.
