Caravan

From photos of your van to Starlink set up and working.

A van job runs in five steps. Most of the planning happens before we arrive, so the install day is calm.

1. Tell us about the van and how you travel

Use the quote form or call 0408 559 555. Tell us the make and size of the van, which Starlink kit you have or plan to order, and whether you mostly camp in the open or under trees.

2. Send photos of the roof, entry point and power

We need the roof from above or the side, the spot where the cable could come in, and the battery and power setup. Clear photos let us price the mount and extras before we book.

3. Book a day and a place to work

We agree a day and where the van will be. Have the van parked where we can reach the roof safely. We work at caravan parks and storage yards too. Just check first that they're happy for work to be done on site.

4. Install day at the van

We set up the mount, run the cable, set up the power and switch it on. We check the app for a clear view of the sky before we call it done.

5. Handover and pack-down walk-through

We show you how to switch it on and off and what to check before you drive off. Our standard setups are for use while parked.

Questions about the van install day

What photos do you need?
The roof, the spot where the cable could come in, and the battery and power setup. Clear daylight photos are best.
Do I need to be there on the day?
Yes, for the handover at least, so we can show you how to switch it on, check it and pack it down.
Can you do the install at a caravan park?
Yes. We work at caravan parks and storage yards. Tell us where the van will be, and check first that the park or yard is happy for work to be done on site.
