Customer help

On the day of the install

We look at the sky, agree the route, mount the dish, enter once, sit the router, and hand the service over. Typical time is two to three hours when the booking matches the property.

Order of work

We start with a walk-around. Mount choice, cable route and the single penetration are agreed before a drill comes out. If the site does not match the booking — extra storey, no kit, unsafe roof — we stop and talk, we do not improvise a different job on your invoice.

Noise, mess and occupied homes

There will be a ladder, a drill and some noise, and the wall is open for a short time until the cable entry is finished. We tidy up after ourselves. We only move furniture if the agreed cable route needs it.

Decisions that stay yours

Where the dish sits, and whether the router stays at the wall plate, are your calls inside the quoted scope. We will say when a choice is a bad idea. We don't run the cable through internal walls, and we won't move the router into a cabinet unless that extra is in the booking.

Questions

Will you need Wi-Fi while you work?
We set up Starlink on the new service. We do not need your existing NBN password. If you want the Starlink router connected into a network you already own, tell us when you book. That is extra setup.
