Before we leave for site
We work from the approved Circl work order. If the address, number of storeys or mount type in the order is wrong, tell us before the day. We can't change the job on site.
On site
A responsible adult needs to be home. On brick veneer the cable goes in under the tiles at the eave and down the wall cavity to a wall plate on the plaster side. We agree that route, then we work. Typical time is two to three hours when the kit is complete and the building matches the order.
If the order is too small for the building
Double-storey, a cladded or Hebel wall, an outside-wall run, cabinet placement and extra buildings are the usual gaps. We don't run the cable through internal walls. We stop, explain, and either quote the extra or send it back to Circl.

- Do I still need the Starlink app?
- Yes, for handover. The service is still a Starlink account even when Circl coordinated the install.
