Why we leave it unopened
An opened carton makes it hard to tell what Circl sent, what Starlink sent and what's missing. Please don't power the dish up on the bench either.
What you can do
Photograph the closed boxes. Keep them out of weather and out of the way of dogs and kids. Have the Starlink app installed. That is enough.
Questions
- I already opened it.
- Keep every part with the carton and tell us at the start of the visit. Do not throw the packaging out until we have checked the kit.
