Starlink installation in Flinders

Flinders is a seaside town of about 1,100 people where Western Port meets Bass Strait, at the far south-east of the Peninsula. Its pier runs 250 metres out from a beach sheltered by West Head, with a clifftop golf course above. On the ocean side, Mushroom Reef Marine Sanctuary has one of Victoria's best rock-platform reefs. Shoreham and Point Leo are along the coast. The pier, the old Telegraph Cable Complex and the former cargo shed are on the Victorian Heritage Register.
