Event Link Mini is the smaller end of the 2026–27 pilot. There's no price list yet; we quote each event.
- Starlink internet, usually a Starlink Mini or Standard dish
- Guest Wi-Fi for the hub or committee area
- Pack-down that a volunteer can repeat
- Not Wi-Fi for a whole showgrounds
What Mini is for
Sheepdog trials, club meetings, a field-day hub or a site office: places currently running on a phone hotspot.
What Mini is not
It won't cover a whole showgrounds or replace a venue's paid Wi-Fi contract. It has no waterproof rating, launch date or public price yet.
How it sits with Event Link
The main Event Link page explains the pilot, and that's where organisers register interest. Mini is the smaller kit. The Platform is a longer-term idea and can't be ordered this season.
Questions
- Can you quote Mini for our show?
- Yes, as a scoped job for that event. There is no public price card. Tell us the dates, how many people, and what has to stay online.
- Is Mini a product I can order?
- Not yet. It is part of the 2026–27 pilot. We quote it for a specific event. We do not sell it as a boxed product.
