Can we wait for the platform instead of the pilot?

If you have a date in 2026 or 2027, talk to us about the pilot. The platform is not ready to book.

Event Link platform

A longer-term idea: repeatable event internet, with labelled hardware, separate guest and operations networks, and a pack-down a volunteer can repeat. It is still a concept. You cannot buy it as a product yet.

It's a development idea only, with no price or launch date yet. Organisers with a 2026–27 date can register interest in the pilot.

Not a product yet

Organisers ask whether Event Link becomes something you can buy. Not yet. The pilot is how we learn what a Victorian showground actually needs.

What the concept includes

Starlink upstream, managed Wi-Fi, a guest network kept apart from operations, labelled cases, and a handover a volunteer can run. Community Wi-Fi does not require a marketing opt-in.
