Copper and unreliable fixed wireless are the usual services people replace. Once Starlink is working, the old modem can be packed away. Phone calls over Wi-Fi only work if your handsets and your carrier support it.
Failover and two networks
A small business or a rural property that cannot be off-air may want both. That is extra hardware and a clear explanation at handover, not a default on a standard install.
