Cranbourne Cricket Club: off 4G, into the existing rack

A completed clubrooms job. Starlink and Ubiquiti Wi-Fi replaced Telstra 4G. FrogBox kept streaming. We worked with the rack that was already there.
Diagram: internet, router cabinet, house Wi-Fi, building links and cameras.
Internet comes into one building. From there: the router cabinet, house Wi-Fi, a wireless link to other buildings, and cameras.

Property network

How the internet gets around the property

  1. 01InternetStarlink or NBN arriving at one building.
  2. 02Cabinet / routerA labelled, ventilated spot for the router and gear.
  3. 03House Wi-FiRooms, verandah and the office you actually use.
  4. 04Building linksA wireless link to the shed, stable or gate hut.
  5. 05CamerasOn the same network, recording at the property.

Clubs are not houses

Clubs have match days, volunteers, an existing rack and streaming gear that has to keep working. At Cranbourne Cricket Club we worked with the rack that was already there. On any club job we keep guest Wi-Fi separate from club systems and label what we leave running.

One club job

This is one completed club. VINCONNECT is not the official installer for Cricket Victoria, Starlink or Ubiquiti. Shows and field days are a different booking.
