Use the connection that actually reaches the house
If fibre is already at the property, that is usually the simpler internet service. If the mobile tower does not reach the house, Starlink is often the practical option. A phone hotspot can stay as a backup. Starlink does not replace every other type of internet.
After the internet arrives
The dish only brings internet to one building. The shed, the cameras and a small room at the gate still need their own network. A dish on the roof does not do that by itself.
