Planning a property network

Tell us which buildings need a connection, roughly how far apart they are, and what each one is used for. Then we can recommend the hardware.

A usable sketch

House, shed, stables, gate, power at each, and a note if trees sit in the path. That is enough to quote a first stage. Photos from each end of a proposed link help.

Plan it before you buy

Cameras, mesh nodes and a dish bought on three different weekends is how you end up with four passwords and no recorder. Plan, then buy, then we install.

Top-down site plan of a larger horse property on acreage, divided into fenced paddocks and yards with gates. A driveway runs from the road gate to the farmhouse, beside a fenced sand arena at the front of the property, which has no equipment. The farmhouse is the hub: the rectangular Starlink Standard dish sits on a tripod on its Colorbond roof, and the router gives Wi-Fi inside the house. Four separate dotted bridge links fan out from radios on the farmhouse eaves to radios on the eaves of the stables, the workshop, the foaling barn and the machinery shed down the back, which has the longest link. Each of those four buildings has an indoor Wi-Fi access point. Every link passes clear of the tree canopies.
Example layout: one Starlink at the house, linked to the stables, workshop, foaling barn and machinery shed.

Questions

Do I have to use the planner?
No. A marked aerial printout or a phone video walking the property is fine. We check line of sight and distance on site before we quote.
