Starlink installation in Cape Paterson

Cape Paterson is a small beach town near Wonthaggi, 132 km south-east of Melbourne. William Hovell found coal here in 1826. Now it's known for its six beaches and the Bay Beach rockpool, built by miners in the 1960s, and campers fill the caravan park every summer. Surf and rock fishing are popular, and the coast is part of the Bunurong Marine Park. The census counted about 720 people in 2011. Australia's first dinosaur bone, the Cape Paterson Claw, was found nearby in 1903.
