Starlink installation in San Remo

Also covers Bass.

San Remo is a fishing town of about 1,700 people at the western tip of the Anderson Peninsula, at the mainland end of the bridge to Phillip Island, the only road onto the island. Newhaven and Cape Woolamai are just across the channel. Every day at noon the fishermen's co-op feeds wild pelicans at the jetty, which has been running for decades and draws a crowd. Kilcunda and Bass are a short drive east.
