When a fee applies
If your booking confirmation listed a late-cancellation fee or a weekend surcharge, that charge applies. If it wasn't in your booking, we don't charge it.
A no-show, a site without the kit, or a site without an adult present is treated as a late cancellation when a late-cancel fee was disclosed.
Changing the scope
Conduit, a cabinet router, extra cable entries or a second building need a new quote before the day. We will not add them while we are on the roof.
Questions
- Can I move a weekday booking to Saturday?
- Ask us. If a Saturday is available, we'll confirm any extra charge when you book.
