The night-before list
Have these actually ready, not ‘in the garage somewhere’.
- Starlink kit on site, box unopened
- Mount kit on site if it was a separate delivery
- A working power outlet near the wall plate on the plaster side
- Clear access to the wall or roof we discussed
- Gate codes, dog arrangements, and horse paddocks mentioned if they affect the work area
- Someone over 18 on site for the whole visit
- The Starlink app on your phone, or a laptop, for handover
Parking and neighbours
We need room to stand a ladder and unload. If the street has tight parking, body-corporate rules, or no parking on the nature strip, tell us when you book and we'll plan around it. If we find out on the day and can't park safely, we may have to reschedule.
