What to leave in the build
On a house still being built, leave the same path the finished install uses: in under the tiles at the eave, down the cavity between the brick and the stud wall, to a wall plate on the plaster side, near power. We don't run that cable through internal walls. If there is a data cabinet, say where it is. If the router has to live in the garage, plan an access point for the rooms people actually use.
What not to assume
A new house is not automatically an easy install. Double storeys, tile, and a roof that only has sky on the street side all change the labour. The Clyde job was a new estate waiting on infrastructure. That was one house. Your estate may be different.
Order and install are still separate
Starlink supplies the kit and the service. VINCONNECT mounts and cables it. Builders can offer VinReady as an upgrade or a standard inclusion, so the home is Starlink ready at handover.
