We confirm in writing what's included before we book a day.

Install & handover
Working service, isolation, and a record of the job.
Leave the carton unopened
Take a photo of each box when it arrives and leave the Starlink carton unopened. If the courier left it in the rain, photograph the wet box, bring it inside to dry, and do not plug it in. Tell Circl, because they sent the kit. Call us on 0408 559 555 if the appointment is close, so we can move the visit. Please do not open the kit the night before to check it.
